With over 30 successful acquisitions under his leadership, Aman has played a pivotal role in expanding dns's footprint in the accounting industry. Arun Sharma FCCA

I am a fellow member of ACCA and have acquired over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accountancy including preparation of accounts, VAT, book-keeping, payroll, corporation tax and personal tax. I manage the Accounts Review Team for finalisation of accounts as well as review various client’s management accounts and identify key ratios for assessing business performance. In addition, I also advise on areas of business improvement, I am responsible for managing our ceased trading account process and provide regular training on any annual accounting updates.

Pritesh Patel

As a specialist tax manager with over a decade of experience serving private clients, I focus on helping families navigate the complex tax implications of wealth transfer and inheritance.

My particular expertise lies in in Inheritance Tax planning, Capital Gains Tax, and trust and estate matters, developing strategic, tax-efficient approaches to secure family wealth for the future.

Simon Bulteel

Simon Bulteel has 20 years’ experience supporting companies with R&D Tax Relief Claims across practice and industry.

Simon can help companies who would like to prepare a claim, or who would like a review of an internally prepared claim. He can also help companies who are facing an enquiry into their own internal claim or where they had a claim prepared by a third party who is unable to support them with the enquiry. More recently he has helped a couple of companies on both the buy and sell sides with due diligence reviews of historic R&D Claims.

Simon will offer you honest and impartial advice on your claim and your chances of rebutting an HMRC enquiry. He has recently been accredited in Research and Development Tax Relief by the R&D Community a private training, registration and accrediting business operated by a former director of the “original” R&D Advisory business, in his eyes, Jumpstart. Simon was part of their first cohort and achieved a 98% mark, which places him second in class.

With 15 years of experience in accountancy and having previously run businesses in both the hospitality and contracting sectors Doug helps our branch managers to optimise their businesses while also aligning software, management, and operational requirements with the DNS Group as a whole.

Sugandha is the Marketing Manager at DNS, with 8 years of experience in marketing across professional services and client-focused industries. She leads the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and digital campaigns, working closely with partners and teams to enhance client engagement and support business growth. By aligning marketing initiatives with DNS’s wider objectives, Sugandha ensures the firm’s presence continues to strengthen in a competitive market.

With more than 16 years of experience as an accountant and tax advisor, I have worked with many business owners and private clients to structure their income and assets tax efficiently. I have completed management level CIMA qualification and a degree in economics. My keen interest in contractors and freelancers, has helped me gain expertise in IR35 and tax legislations affecting them. I regularly conduct year-end tax review meetings with clients (both business and private) to minimise their tax bills and provide a tax effective remuneration planning.
